Information We Collect and Use
MY ECO uses information we collect from various sources including mobile devices to provide rewards to shoppers for using reusable bags instead of disposable bags. We also use the information to prepare demographic reports for certain partners and retailers and to analyze how our Service is used, diagnose service or technical problems, maintain security, personalize content, remember information to help you efficiently access your account, monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns, and track user Content and users as necessary to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
We may send you Service-related notices (including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail), via email.
We may also use your contact information to send you reuse reward messages. If you do not want to receive such messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message. As set forth in the Terms of Service, in order to become a Member, you must register and create an account with MY ECO. In creating an account, you agree to provide us with your name, address, email address, and other information. By creating an account on MY ECO, you allow others, including MY ECO, to identify you.
Once you become a Member, you may provide additional information in the profile section of your account. This information beyond what is minimally required at registration is provided entirely at your choice.
Third Party Services
We also may collect personal information from you to complete various transactions, such as: (i) product or service orders, activations, and registrations; (ii) user verification; (iii) information requests; (iv) marketing or support agreements with business partners; (v) contest entries or survey participation; and (vi) other transactions between you and MY ECO retail partners, the rewards platform, and other MY ECO affiliates.
We may collect information about the fact that you use certain features and functionality of MY ECO, interact with third party platform applications, click on ads, or participate in research initiatives like polling and surveys on MY ECO.
Some websites, including www.getmyeco.com, third-party web pages, applications, and HTML-formatted email may use Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about your website usage and your interaction with email, as well as to measure performance on www.getmyeco.com, applications, and websites “powered by” another company on MY ECO’s behalf. Log files, IP addresses and information about your computer and mobile device
We collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements through access logs. This information is not personally identifiable and is used for website and system administration, including research and development, user analysis and business decision-making. We further collect data from retailers that can include Personally Identifiable Information such as loyalty card numbers. We may also exchange information with various types of mobile devices.
Rights to Access, Correct and Eliminate Information About You
You have a right to access, modify, correct and eliminate the data you supplied to MY ECO. If you update any of your information, we may keep a copy of the information that you originally provided to us in our archives for uses documented in this policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting MY ECO customer service. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. MY ECO does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with the Service.
