MY ECO will do the best to ship within 48 hours of you placing your order. Your payment is processed immediately. If MY ECO finds difficulty in shipping the item or the item is sold out, we will contact you to revise your order. Orders ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed Sat. or Sun. ship 24-48 once they are processed on Monday. All shipments are subject to a $4.95 handling charge.
MY ECO standard shipping choices are based on UPS/USPS standard charges. You can click on "Estimate Shipping" upon checkout to calculate your shipping charges with USPS, UPS & FedEx. MY ECO reserves the right to change shipping and/or discontinue programs at anytime.
UPS Ground/USPS
USPS Rates for the 48 states will be similar to UPS Ground. Rates for Hawaii & Alaska and Europe will be much less for UPS Ground.
Rates for Canada or Europe will also be much less for UPS Ground. Please note processing of international orders will take 48-72 hours and recalculation of the charges may occur. MY ECO will notify you of any changes before processing your credit card and sending the order. Unless otherwise requested, MY ECO ships USPS to Canada & overseas. USPS is not a service that can be tracked. MY ECO may require using USPS International Express.
UPS/FedEx Air Shipping
If you choose an air or expedited shipping method such as UPS/FedEx Next Day or 2 Day Air service, please bear in mind your order will still NOT ship the same day you place the order; your order will leave our warehouse the next day.NOTE: If you live in UPS Zone 2 and choose UPS as your ship method, your shipment will take 2 days to reach you. All other UPS Zones take 2+ business days. You can learn what zone you're in by going to www.ups.com.
MY ECO does its best to keep shipping charges to a minimum. The rates are based on UPS and warehouse charges. This site uses a real-time integration feature with UPS/FedEx, so charges to you are exactly what charges MY ECO experiences.
